MyGigi clothing store after migration to Shopify

Woocommerce to Shopify Migration

The store was heavy, hard to update and losing shoppers on mobile. I migrated this store from Woocommerce to Shopify end to end, covering data migration, store design, and setup, for a store with 100s of products, 9,000+ customers and 10,000+ orders.

  • Custom Shopify theme built on Dawn with a streamlined mobile checkout
  • Streamlined Checkout experience, added cross-selling at Checkout and inceased AOV
  • Preserving exsiting SEO and implemented 301 redirections for old URL
  • Re-mapped the Meta Pixel to align with Shopify events, preserving advertising and conversion tracking after the migration.
